For an exchange, simply use our return order: no fees will be charged. In case of withdrawal, the return costs remain at your expense (see details below).
You can return your helmet Within 14 days after receipt, provided that it is new, unrolled and returned to its original packaging.

Indicate your wish for withdrawal or exchange by writing to web@roof.com.
Print and fill out the withdrawal form: Place a copy in the package and send us a copy at web @roof.com.
For an exchange, use our return label prepaid.
For a withdrawal, the return is your responsibility (see details below).
At reception, our quality service verifies that the product is strictly new and compliant with the return conditions.
In case of exchange, a credit is assigned to recommend the same product.
In case of withdrawal, the refund is made on your initial payment method.
