# 1 - Frequently Asked Questions
For an exchange, simply use our return form: no fees will be charged. In case of withdrawal, the return costs remain at your expense (see details below).
You can return your helmet Within 14 days after receipt, provided that it is new, unrolled and returned to its original packaging.
The helmet must be strictly new: never worn, without any trace of use, with all its stickers and protective films intact, including the blister of the visor. If the helmet No longer is new, a discount will be applied before refund.
# 2 - What are the steps to return my order?
Indicate your wish for withdrawal or exchange by writing to web@roof.com.
Print and fill out the withdrawal form: Place a copy in the package and send us a copy at web @roof.com.
For an exchange, use our return label prepaid.
For a withdrawal, the return is your responsibility (see details below).
At reception, our quality service verifies that the product is strictly new and compliant with the return conditions.
In case of exchange, a credit is assigned to recommend the same product.
In case of withdrawal, the refund is made on your initial payment method.

Once we receive your returned package accompanied by the withdrawal form, and after verification, we will issue a full refund of your order: price of the product or the products and the initial shipping costs. This refund will be in the form of having that will allow you to place another order on our website.

To simplify the approach, you can also get a prepaid return label via the link below, at the lump sum rate of 10 €. This amount will be automatically deducted from your final refund.
