While most helmets that have been upgraded to the E22.06 standard have increased in size and weight, this is not the case with the Boxxer 2 Carbon motorcycle helmet from ROOF. By optimising its design and working on five dedicated EPS density zones, the Boxxer 2 Carbon meets current standards without compromising on volume or weight.

Modularity

Modular motorcycle helmet with 180-degree reversible chinbar

Tested in extreme conditions from -10° to +50°, the Roof Boxxer 2 Carbon met all the criteria of the E22.06 standard for full-face helmets and open-face helmets

FlexLocker system, an exclusive patent filed by ROOF: allows the chinbar to be locked in the open position if desired and integrates perfectly and aesthetically into the modularity of the helmet in the open or closed position. The chinbar is held securely in its raised position in Jet mode to ensure impact control.

Iconic red safety locks: the chinbar locks automatically and can be unlocked sequentially with one hand. Simply press the left lock button and then press the right lock button with the same hand to unlock the chinbar and lift it up. To close the chinbar, simply fold it down and it will lock automatically with a simple click. This automatic locking and secure sequential unlocking ensures quick and easy operation while maintaining control of your motorcycle.

Good to know

Boxxer 2 Carbon has a specific compartment in its cover to accommodate the Sena 10R battery, a discreetly designed and ergonomic communication kit that goes well with the Boxxer 2 Carbon. However, you are free to choose and easily install any Bluetooth hands-free motorcycle communication kit from other models and brands on the market. Be sure to choose a microphone with a boom, as this is a modular helmet.

Approval

Jet and full-face approved to European standard ECE 22.06

The dual PJ Protective-Jet certification allows you to use your modular helmet on the road in either full-face or jet mode, meaning you can legally ride with the chinbar open or closed.

Worn open in jet mode or closed in full-face mode, the Roof Boxxer 2 Carbon helmet is designed for intensive use.

Warranty

ROOF Extended Warranty: 4 additional years offered, bringing the total commercial warranty period to 7 years from the date of purchase. To benefit from this, simply activate the extended warranty by completing the form on the Roof website within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Durability is crucial to Roof in its helmet design philosophy. The quality of their manufacturing means that new Roof helmets, such as the Boxxer 2 Carbon, are guaranteed for up to 7 years after their date of sale.
